iTech Resource was founded in 2005 to provide reliable, plain-language IT support for home users, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. From the beginning, our focus has been on practical solutions, honest advice, and helping people feel confident using their technology, not overwhelmed by it.

Over the years, our work expanded beyond on-site IT support into website development and ongoing web maintenance. We’ve built and maintained WordPress and e-commerce websites for a range of clients, with an emphasis on clean design, mobile responsiveness, performance, and long term maintainability.

Between 2012 and 2025, our services were delivered in a full-time, in-house capacity for a growing e-commerce business. During that time, our work included building responsive templates and themes, creating product and landing pages, auditing site performance and SEO, and supporting analytics and conversion goals. We also worked closely with marketing teams to maintain visual consistency and deploy online brand updates across platforms. Alongside web development, we managed hosting environments, virtual servers, domains, DNS, and provided office IT support.
