Data Recovery (If Data Is Inaccessible)
If your drive is still functioning but you’ve lost access to files, I provide logical recovery services to restore your data. If the drive is mechanically damaged, I can refer you to a specialized lab.

If hardware recovery or lab work is needed, the customer is notified before further charges.
Hourly Pricing Example (for Unpredictable Jobs)
- Tech Support / Data Services – $75/hr
- Emergency / After-Hours Rate – $125/hr
- On-Site Minimum – 1 hour

Travel Fee – $1 per mile or flat $25 within service area

- Cloud Upload Time > 24 hrs – +$50 flat

Scope of Work
This service includes standard data backup or transfer from the specified device(s). Data integrity and accessibility will be verified upon completion.
Drive Condition
If the storage device shows failure, physical damage, or file corruption, recovery time may increase and additional billing may apply. Customers will be notified before additional charges are incurred.
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer confirms that:
- They are the legal owner of the data.
- No protected or illegal data is being transferred.
- They have provided access to all relevant accounts and passwords.
Privacy
-No data is viewed unless necessary for the service. All information remains confidential.
No-Loss Guarantee
Due to the unpredictable nature of failing drives, no data recovery service can guarantee 100% retrieval, but every effort will be made to extract available data safely.
